The mahogany parabanes that hide the balconies, and the stone walls, reveals the antiquity of this large house that is considered as the oldest construction in Cuba.

Although it has been restored, it conserves their original roofs partly, some walls, doors, and the oven where they melted the gold and the silver.

In the central patio it still continues in foot the reservoir where the rain water was stored, and to the foot of the windows they are the rests through which the family leaned out without being seen. The rooms of this house where the first governor of the island lived, they serve today of headquarters to the Museum of Historical Colonial Atmosphere.

Conventions Center Heredia

It possesses 9 rooms with capacities from 30 up to 300 people with facilities of simultaneous translation, audiovisual means, etc. Inside the building is also the Singing Coffee "Niagara", where they show up music shows, it dances and poetry, of Thursday to Sunday, with artists of the region.

Tropicana Santiago de Cuba

Complex Tropicana Santiago is operated by the company Carishow S.A. of the group Cubanacán, called by some the Cabaret of Caribbean and considered the one bigger than the island with capacity for 900 people.
